Lighting Runs on Connections.
Fucon Brings the Ones Built for It.

At the Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Fair 2026, Fucon presents the wiring architecture behind modern luminaires — from the SMT pad to the cabinet rail.

Fucon at Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Fair 2026

A light fixture is judged by its output. It survives on its connections. This year, Fucon Electronics returns to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (27–30 October 2026) with a single, clear proposition: the terminal block is no longer an afterthought in luminaire design — it is the component that decides whether a product performs for one season or for a decade.

Visitors to booth 5C-F24 will find a working answer to three questions the lighting industry now asks by default — how to wire faster on the production line, how to survive heat and moisture in service, and how to certify safely in more markets with fewer parts.

"The industry keeps chasing brighter. We build for what holds the light together."
— Fucon Electronics, Exhibition Statement 2026
I. What We Are Bringing

The exhibits are organised by where they sit in a luminaire — not by product family. That is deliberate. Buyers today specify a connection point, not a catalogue page.

On the board
SMD Terminals
Tape-and-reel packaging for standard SMT lines. No hand soldering, no rework queue — the connection is placed, reflowed and inspected like any other board component. Built for the LED boards that now ship in volumes measured by the kilometre.
Inside the body
Lighting & Pluggable Terminals
Modular blocks, selectable pole counts, and legend marking that reads at a glance — L to live, N to neutral. Service engineers open a fixture and understand it in seconds. Available in screw, cage-spring and PUSH IN technologies so one platform covers several assembly methods.
Under load
Barrier Terminal Blocks
All-copper clamping, engineered for the environments that quietly destroy lesser parts — humidity, salt spray, temperature cycling. Where a fixture carries real current, this is the block that stays cool and stays tight.
In the cabinet
DIN Rail & Distribution
Screw, push-in and pull-spring types with the bridge bars and accessories to match — covering control cabinets, drivers and power distribution for architectural and industrial lighting installations.
II. Why This Fair, Why Now

The Autumn Lighting Fair has moved well past being a showcase of decorative fittings. Its focus areas now read like a specification sheet for the built environment: smart poles and urban systems, architectural and landscape lighting, and outdoor, industrial and technical lighting. The buyers arriving in Wan Chai are specifying street furniture, façade schemes and warehouse installations — projects judged on energy performance and service life.

That shift moves the connection squarely into the engineering conversation. Longer service intervals, higher ambient temperatures, tighter EMC and safety requirements, and a growing expectation that one platform satisfies several certification regimes — these are wiring problems before they are lighting problems.

For specifiers
A single connection platform that scales across pole, cabinet and board — documented, repeatable and easy to homologate into a project BOM.
For manufacturers
Fewer assembly steps, less rework and a wiring stage that no longer bottlenecks the line — with custom options where a standard block does not fit.
III. Meet the Team

Our engineering and export teams will be on the stand for all four days. Bring a drawing, a failing sample, a target price or a certification question — the conversation is technical, not promotional. Where a standard product will not solve the problem, we will scope a bespoke version on the spot.
